Frequently Asked Questions
When are the games?
Games are played on the weekends either on Saturday or Sunday. Check out the Schedule or the Fixtures & Standings pages to know when the next game is.
How can we receive information about Practices and coming games?
As a member, you should receive an invitation to the group chat “FC Nomade Parents” on LINE. If you don’t have the LINE app yet, you can download it now on your mobile’s App Store. We send all the information about the practices on the LINE Group Chat and by email for important notices. As for information about the coming games, you are required to download a team management app called TeamSnap which will keep you update about coming games and through which you can confirm the player’s participation. The app will also send you an automatic notification by email when we update info on the app.
Do we have to notice the coach for absence to the practice?
Yes, we ask players and parents to give us notice about absences to practices. Also, when you figure out about your school schedule, tell us which practice you can attend and which one you cannot so you don’t have to tell us every week.
What do we have to bring with us for the practice?
Every player must bring:
- His own water bottle
- Shin pads
- Soccer ball (with air)
- Appropriate soccer shoes depending on the type of the pitch (usually futsal)
- The FC Nomade uniform
- Every player must wear the appropriate gear for the practice depending on the weather (warm jacket, rain jacket, pants etc.).
What does the insurance cover?
The insurance covers the player for the whole season (10 months) from the date of subscription for injuries or accidents that may occur during the transfers from home to the practice venue (round way) and during practices, games or tournaments. Insurance has to be renew in April of each year (fiscal year starts in April in Japan).
